“I have used the amazing Erica Brown on a number of occasions to cater for various events that have hosted up to 80 people. In each case, the food was prepared with such creativity, care and passion, which was reflected in the overwhelmingly positive responses from the those who had the delight of eating it. The fact that she has chosen to only prepare vegetarian food is testament to her commitment to the planet and also for showing and sharing with others, that vegetarian food can be as delicious, if not more so than meat meal. I have had many comments from those who typically never eat exclusively vegetarian, that they never realized how delicious vegetarian food could be. This is the change that needs to take place for a more sustainable planet and Erica is helping to do this.

She is creative and versatile and can prepare food that can suite any function for example she created an exclusively bean and lentil orientated lunch for a workshop that I was running and even baked a most delicious gluten free chickpea brownie for dessert!”
